Uno scorpione gigante corazzato irrompe dalle rocce vicino a un posto radio sopra un accampamento militare e afferra l'operatore mentre un mitragliere è pronto

Una cresta rocciosa sopra un accampamento militare, in pieno giorno. In cima si trova una piccola postazione radio di collegamento con un’antenna a traliccio. Un gigantesco scorpione corazzato, con la coda munita di un pungiglione che sferza l’aria, sbuca dalle rocce vicino alla postazione radio e afferra l’operatore. Più in basso sul fianco della cresta, un mitragliere è già appostato, incaricato di sorvegliare ogni giorno questa cresta strategica per le comunicazioni. Suoni: rocce che si spaccano, corazza che striscia, urla, il sibilo dello scorpione, voci alla radio.

Inquadratura 1 (0–3s) — L’AGGANCIO: Inquadratura dal basso sulla postazione radio. Il gigantesco scorpione sbuca tra le rocce, le chele si chiudono di scatto attorno al braccio dell’operatore e la coda sferza l’aria sopra il dorso, vicino all’antenna a traliccio. Lui urla alla radio: "IT'S GOT ME AT THE RELAY POST!"

Inquadratura 2 (3–6s): Più in basso sul pendio, il mitragliere si porta il bazooka sulla spalla e tiene lo scorpione nel mirino, in alto vicino alla linea di cresta — ma non spara, l’operatore è ancora troppo vicino. Chiama alla radio: "Slide down the slope! Now!"

Inquadratura 3 (6–9s): L’operatore si divincola e scivola giù per il pendio di rocce instabili, allontanandosi dalla postazione radio. Lo scorpione si volta e sale sulla cresta scoperta sopra di lui, ora solo, con le chele che scattano contro il cielo vuoto.

Inquadratura 4 (9–13s) — GRANDE MOMENTO AL RALLENTATORE: Lo scorpione è ora solo sulla cresta scoperta. Il mitragliere spara da più in basso sul pendio. Bullet time — il bazooka rincula, dal tubo esplode una nube di fumo e il razzo sfreccia su per la cresta al rallentatore, con polvere e rocce smosse sospese nell’aria.

Inquadratura 5 (13–15s): Il tempo torna di colpo alla velocità normale. Una gigantesca esplosione squarcia lo scorpione in cima alla cresta, spargendo fuoco e rocce contro il cielo. L’operatore è disteso più in basso sul pendio, al sicuro, mentre il fumo si allontana dalla linea di cresta.

A giant scorpion, armored with a whipping stinger tail, bursts up from the rocks near the relay post and grabs the operator. Lower on the ridge slope, a gunner is already loaded, posted there to watch this signal ridge every day. Sound: cracking rock, scraping armor, shouting, the scorpion's hiss, radio voices.   

Shot 1 (0–3s) — THE HOOK: Low shot at the relay post. The giant scorpion bursts up from between the rocks, claws snapping around the operator's arm, its tail whipping over its back near the antenna mast. He shouts into his radio: "IT'S GOT ME AT THE RELAY POST!"   

Shot 2 (3–6s): Lower on the slope, the gunner lifts the bazooka onto his shoulder, tracking the scorpion up near the ridge line — but holds his fire, the operator still too close. He calls on the radio: "Slide down the slope! Now!"   

Shot 3 (6–9s): The operator wrenches free and slides down the loose rock slope away from the relay post. The scorpion turns and climbs onto the open ridge line above him, alone now, claws snapping against the empty sky.   

Shot 4 (9–13s) — BIG SLOW-MOTION MOMENT: The scorpion stands alone on the open ridge now. The gunner fires from lower on the slope. Bullet time — the bazooka kicks back, smoke bursting from the tube, the rocket streaking up the ridge in slow motion, dust and loose rock hanging in the air.   

Shot 5 (13–15s): Time snaps back. A massive blast tears through the scorpion at the top of the ridge, fire and rock scattering against the sky. The operator lies flat lower on the slope, safe, as smoke drifts off the ridge line.
