Researchers assessed the level of AI adoption and demand for skills in different countries

Analysts presented a study assessing the impact of artificial intelligence technologies on the labor market from 2019 to 2025. The work is based on three key indicators: the share of vacancies with AI skill requirements, the concentration of professionals and the level of technology implementation in business processes.

According to the data obtained, in 2025, Singapore became the leader in the share of vacancies requiring AI skills, with a figure of 4.69%. In the category of AI talent concentration recorded in professional networks, Israel took the first place with a result of 2.10%. Among EU countries, companies in Denmark (42.0%), Finland (37.8%) and Sweden (35.0%) are the most active in implementing technologies.

International organizations, including IMF and ILO, note that the impact of technologies goes beyond narrow specialized professions. In developed economies, around 60% of jobs are in the zone of influence of generative models. At the same time, in countries with high incomes, up to a third of all positions have direct exposure to task automation.

The authors emphasize that current data indicate not a massive replacement of employees, but a large-scale transformation of the structure of skills and employer requirements. The restructuring of work processes is becoming the main factor in changes in the global labor market in the coming years.
