Anthropic fixes glitches in Claude models

Company Anthropic recorded a series of technical failures, leading to an increase in the number of errors when processing requests to several models. The problem affected the operation of the flagship model Opus 5, as well as specialized versions of Mythos 5.1 and Fable 5.1.
According to the official report, the incident led to an increase in the frequency of failures in the API and web interface of the service. The company's engineers promptly began diagnosing the infrastructure to restore the stability of the computing powers that ensure the operation of the specified neural networks.
At the moment, the success rate of requests for Mythos 5.1 and Fable 5.1 has returned to normal values. Specialists continue to monitor the system status for the Opus 5 model to completely eliminate the possibility of repeated errors when performing complex logical tasks.
Users who encountered incorrect answers or session interruptions can track the recovery status in real-time through the Anthropic monitoring panel. The company did not disclose the details of the failure, however, such incidents are often associated with overload of clusters during peak loads on the server infrastructure.
